Official sweepstakes rules
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. See below for free method of entry details.
Section 1
This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by [SPONSOR LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS], [CITY, STATE, ZIP] (the "Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Section 2
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, EXCEPT that residents of the States of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island are NOT eligible to participate and any entries submitted from those states will be void.
Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Participants are not required to hold an existing MATIC-compatible wallet prior to purchase. If a participant does not have a MATIC wallet, the Sponsor will provide the participant with easy-to-use tools to generate a new wallet instantly on the Polygon blockchain, at no additional cost. The participant generates the wallet and private keys themselves using those tools and assumes sole responsibility for the security and safekeeping of their private keys. The Sponsor does not hold, store, or have access to any participant's private keys at any time. The Sponsor accepts no liability for any loss resulting from a participant's failure to secure their private keys.
Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Section 3
The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the "Promotion Period"), which constitutes one (1) calendar month. The Sweepstakes is conducted in connection with the Senet AI-generated NFT minting service, in which participants purchase AI-generated artworks minted as ERC-721 non-fungible tokens on the Polygon blockchain for $10.00 per mint. The issuance of new Sweepstakes tokens will automatically cease upon the earlier occurrence of: (a) the total cumulative issuance of one hundred thousand (100,000) tokens; or (b) the expiration of the Promotion Period. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Section 4
4.1 — Purchase Method of Entry
During the Promotion Period, purchase an AI-generated NFT mint from Sponsor's designated platform for the price of ten dollars (US $10.00) per mint. Each qualifying purchase: (i) generates a unique AI artwork selected by the participant from six available art styles (Cyberpunk, 3D, Manga, Anime, Surreal, Realistic); (ii) mints that artwork as an ERC-721 non-fungible token on the Polygon blockchain, delivered to the participant's MATIC-compatible wallet; and (iii) awards ten (10) Sweepstakes tokens to the purchaser's registered account. The $10 fee covers the NFT minting service. All minting fees are non-refundable. Because minting constitutes a service rendered on the Polygon blockchain — not a sale of goods — no returns are available once the minting process has been initiated. There is no limit on the number of NFT mints a participant may purchase. However, Sweepstakes tokens will only be issued while the Promotion Period is active and while the total token supply has not been exhausted. Token issuance will cease automatically upon whichever occurs first: (a) the total cumulative issuance of one hundred thousand (100,000) Sweepstakes tokens; or (b) the expiration of the Promotion Period. Participants who mint after token issuance has ceased will still receive their NFT but will not receive Sweepstakes tokens for that mint.
4.2 — Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To obtain one (1) free entry during the Promotion Period, eligible participants must complete ALL of the following steps:
Upon successful completion, the eligible participant will receive ten (10) Sweepstakes tokens — identical in number to the tokens awarded per qualifying purchase. The AMOE is limited to one (1) entry per person for the entire duration of the Promotion Period. Multiple entries by the same person via AMOE will be void.
Section 5
Sweepstakes tokens ("Tokens") are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, or otherwise transferred between accounts. Tokens are credited to the registered account of the participant who earned them and may only be used by that participant. Tokens may be used to participate in games of chance offered by the Sponsor through the designated platform, which award monetary prizes as described in Section 6.
Tokens issued prior to the end of the Promotion Period remain valid for ninety (90) calendar days following the end of the Promotion Period (the "Token Expiration Date"). Any unused Tokens expire automatically on the Token Expiration Date and will hold no value thereafter.
Section 6
Participants may use their valid, unexpired Tokens to play games of chance made available by the Sponsor through the designated platform. Games of chance may award monetary compensation. The specific odds of winning, prize values, and game mechanics are disclosed within each individual game on the platform at the time of play. Sweepstakes tokens are separate from and have no relation to the NFT minted through a qualifying purchase; tokens confer no ownership rights in any NFT and carry no cash value outside the sweepstakes context.
All prizes are awarded in United States dollars (USD). Prizes will be transferred to the winning participant exclusively through digital channels (e.g., ACH transfer, digital wallet, or similar electronic payment method). No physical checks, cash, or alternative prize forms will be issued. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Section 7
All prizes, including any winnings awarded through games of chance, that remain unclaimed as of ninety (90) calendar days following the end of the Promotion Period will be forfeited and voided. The Sponsor has no obligation to re-award forfeited prizes.
Section 8
Prize winners will be notified via the email address associated with their registered account. It is the participant's responsibility to maintain a current and valid email address. Winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within the timeframe specified in the notification. Failure to comply will result in prize forfeiture.
All digital prize transfers are subject to verification of the winner's identity, age, and eligibility. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct identity verification procedures prior to disbursing any prize.
Section 9
All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required by applicable law, prize winnings will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS):
Winners may be required to provide a valid SSN or ITIN and to complete IRS Form W-9 prior to receipt of any prize.
Section 10
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, fails identity verification, or violates these Official Rules. Use of automated entry devices, bots, or scripts is prohibited.
Section 11
By participating, entrants agree that the Released Parties will have no liability for any loss, injury, or damage due to participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical failures, network interruptions, or errors of any kind.
Section 12
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted exclusively in the state courts of Wake County, North Carolina, or, if federal jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, Western Division. Each entrant hereby irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
The parties acknowledge that these Official Rules evidence a transaction involving interstate commerce, and any arbitration conducted pursuant to these Official Rules shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq.).
Section 12A
The Sponsor offers an optional, separate service through the Senet App that allows participants to print their NFT artwork on physical products — including T-shirts, magnets, jigsaw puzzles, and art posters (collectively, "Wearable NFTs"). To simplify the process for customers, the Sponsor integrates with a third-party print fulfillment provider on the back end. Customers interact exclusively with the Senet App; no account or relationship with any third-party provider is required.
This physical product print service is entirely separate from and independent of: (a) the NFT minting service; and (b) the Senet Sweepstakes promotion. Participation in the Sweepstakes does not require use of the print service. Use of the print service does not affect sweepstakes eligibility, token issuance, or prize odds.
Pricing for physical products varies by item type, size, and configuration and is displayed within the Senet App at the time of order. Prices are inclusive of the product cost and are subject to applicable shipping and handling fees. Product orders are processed through the Senet App and fulfilled via the Sponsor's integrated print fulfillment service. The Sponsor is not responsible for production delays, shipping delays, or product quality issues caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party fulfillment or carrier delays.
Section 13
Any personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By participating, entrants consent to Sponsor's use of their personal information for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and fulfilling prizes. Participants acknowledge that blockchain transactions, including NFT minting and transfers on the Polygon network, are recorded publicly and immutably. Wallet addresses and on-chain transaction data are publicly visible and outside the Sponsor's control.
Section 14
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and Sponsor with respect to this Sweepstakes.
Section 15
A list of prize winners (first name, last initial, and state of residence) will be available by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: [SPONSOR LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS], [CITY, STATE, ZIP], Attn: Senet Sweepstakes Winners List, within ninety (90) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
